As the founder of Nayarta, I have specialized in leading and managing IT M&A projects, primarily for large corporate clients.

For many years, I have put my expertise at the service of companies to support them through their IT M&A and digital transformation operations, across the entire project lifecycle.

My goal is clear: to secure IT operations, manage risk, and ensure business continuity for the business side under the best possible conditions. In this way, IT becomes a genuine lever for the success of the transaction, rather than a constraint or a source of complexity.

With Nayarta, I offer optimized, pragmatic, results-oriented support, closely aligned with business needs.

Senior Consultant

Senior Project Manager with over 18 years of experience in IT and telecommunications. An engineer by training, I lead complex, cross-functional and international IT projects, from the tendering process through to go-live.

I have worked with major groups in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors, coordinating business and technical teams in multicultural environments.

My expertise covers both risk, budget, and schedule management and project governance, with strong expertise in regulated environments within international settings.

My strength? Bringing teams together around business and IT priorities to turn complex projects into concrete, well-managed outcomes, in a collaborative and constructive spirit.
